AKA The Pigeon
In search of the perfect gin for a gin and tonic and a classic martini (loves olives, can go dirty) we started with a dry base spirit distilled from local corn and focused on botanicals that would deliver fresh juniper, savory and bright bergamot, and tea like qualities found in the buds of our criterion ingredient: dried apple blossoms. This gin, put simply, rocks! On the rocks too!
