Johnny Apple-soda:

2 oz Clear Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Pamplemousse Grapefruit Liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
3 oz tonic

Shake first three ingredients over ice, strain into tumbler with ice cubes, add tonic water.

1.5 oz Neversink Apple Brandy
3/4 oz Vinegar
1/4 oz Bigallet Thym
1/4 oz Cane Sirop or Simple Syrup
3 oz Tonic

Shake first three ingredients over ice, strain into tumbler with ice cubes, add tonic water.

Stir Crazy:

1 oz Clear Apple Brandy
1 oz Manzanilla Sherry
1 oz Vermouth Bianco

Apple bitters, grapefruit bitters

Stir over ice, strain into coupe glass

Neversink Tonic (simple + refreshing):

1 part Clear Apple Brandy
2.5 parts tonic water
dash of celery bitters, squeeze of lemon

served over ice

The W. H. Harrison:

1.5 oz Clear Apple Brandy
1.5 oz Vermouth Bianco or Lillet
2 dashes Boker’s Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Add ingredients to glass with ice.  Stir for 30 seconds or until fully chilled.  Pour into Martini glass; strain ice.  Garnish with twist of orange peel and serve. 

 

Neversink Sour:

2 oz Clear Apple Brandy
3/4 oz Mint Simple Syrup
1 oz fresh squeezed Lemon Juice

Add ingredients to glass with ice.  Stir for 30 seconds or until fully chilled.  Pour into cocktail glass; strain ice.  Optional: garnish with mint leaves. 

 

Justin’s Old Fashioned:

1 oz  Clear Apple Brandy
1 oz   El Dorado 12 yr Rum
1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Stir ingredients over ice for 30 seconds; serve in tumbler w/ ice cubes and twist of orange peel

 

Neversink Tonic:

3 oz tonic water
1 oz Clear Apple Brandy
Squeeze of lemon

Serve over ice with lemon slice

Jack Rose:

2 oz  Clear Apple Brandy
1 oz   Lime
3/4 oz Grenadine

Shake over ice & garnish with cinnamon stick

American Trilogy:

1.5 oz Clear Apple Brandy
1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
2 dashes of Orange Bitters

1 sugar cube

Muddle sugar cube with bitters and splash of seltzer; add apple brandy and rye with large ice cube, stir until cold; garnish with orange peel.

 

Meadowlark:

1.5 oz Clear Apple Brandy
3/4 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
3/4 oz Aperol

Splash of tonic water

Shake ingredients together on ice for 30 seconds; serve on ice w/ splash of tonic water.

Forbidden Fruit:

1.5 oz Clear Apple Brandy
.5 oz Grand Marnier
1-2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Splash of Cava

Stir brandy, Grand Marnier, and bitters on ice for 30 seconds; strain off ice into cocktail glass, add splash of Cava. Garnish with twist of lemon. 

 

The Orchard Fence:

3 parts fresh apple cider
1 part Clear (or aged) Apple Brandy
Two dashes Angostura Bitters

Splash of Seltzer

Mix ingredients together; serve chilled or on ice. Drink as aperitif.
