We’re very excited about the recipes we have developed for our beers and continue to experiment with new ideas all the time. As a farmhouse brewery, we aim to make unique beers that are a product of our land and environment: water from our own wells, hops from our own yard, and yeast harvested from the air flowing around our property (not to mention off apple skins and other fruit around the farm).
There would be no better way to pay homage to the traditions which we honor and aspire to invigorate than to release a Saison brewed with local grains.
As we receive our approvals and are able to share more details about the beers we are working on, we will post updates and photos to read about. Until then, the details will have to be kept as a surprise!
